666

666, the “number of the beast”; Revelation 13:18: “Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is 666.”

Concerning 666, I've spotted a few strange facts I've not seen anywhere else.
666 is the first trinity of numbers to come across in Pascal’s Triangle, the three six’s reading left to right along the rows appearing at positions thirteen (row fours central binomial coefficient), twenty three and twenty seven, strangely 13+23+27=63, where 13+23=36 and 27=9+9+9, yup I know it all looks coincidental but as Jimi said: "If 6 turned out to be 9 I don't mind."

                                                                 1

                                                            1        1

                                                        1       2        1

                                                   1       3        3       1

                                                1      4       6        4      1

                                            1      5     10       10      5       1

                                         1      6     15     20       15     6      1

123+231+312=132+213+321=666

The square root of 666 is approximately five squared, it is 3 times root 74, that is 3 times 3 times root (2 times 37), it has its first trinity of numbers 999 at the eighty third decimal place, its second of 111 at the , its third and fifth of  777 at its  and  decimal place and surprisingly 666 as its fourth and sixth at the 500th and 972nd decimal place, strange to find these trinity’s so precisely located especially the first 666 at the 500th decimal place. Also if we add all the digits of the first four threesomes we find they sum to 69; (9+9+9)+(1+1+1)+(7+7+7)+(6+6+6)=27+3+21+18=69, two sixes looking like the Piscean fishes chasing each others tails.
The square root of 666's continued fraction contains 50 (2*25) and to make matters worse the sum of the first 18=6+6+6 primes is 500!!!Cosmic.

666 is also a Smith number, that is the sum of its digits equals the sum of the digits of its prime factors, 666=2*3*3*37 and 6+6+6=2+3+3+3+7=18, as well I noticed 6+66=2+33+37=72, 7+2=9, and 23+33+7=63-there's a lot of 3's and 6's knocking about, any ideas people.

sorry - word occulted out on me, the d.p's were missed out. The square root of 666 is approximately five squared, it has its first trinity of numbers 999 at the eighty third decimal place, its second of 111 at the232nd, its third and fifth of  777 at its 460th and 650th decimal place and surprisingly 666 as its fourth and sixth at the 500th and 972nd decimal place, strange to find these trinity’s so precisely located especially the first 666 at the 500th decimal place. Just noticed as well the positional digits sum 8+3+2+3+2=6+6+6; 8+3+2+3+2+4+6++0+6+5+0=39, and so on--------

Here's some more documented facts The sum of the squares of the first 7 primes is 666. Excluding M = 1000; the Roman Numerals: D*C*L*X*V*I = 666 (Wells 1986).The totatives of 666, that is the number of numbers less than and relatively prime to it are 6*6*6=216.The sum of the numbers on a roulette wheel is 666.First 144 digits of pi-3=666.1^6-2^6+3^6=666.The sum of the first 36 positive integers is 666.
